Can I smoke at Beechwood?
You cannot smoke at Beechwood Shopping Centre.

What are the nearest road links?
Cheltenham is located off J10 (southbound) or J11 (northbound) on the M5. From the East come in along the A40.
Do you hire out mobility scooters and wheelchairs?
Yes! Shopmobility is a free service and is conveniently located within the Car Park on Level 1and close to the main lifts for easy access into the centre.
Visitors with limited mobility can also choose from many ordinary and electric wheelchairs and scooters, giving them the freedom to get around the centre.
Pre-booking is advised. Please call Shopmobility on 01242 255 333.
What do I do if I lose my child?
You will need to approach a security guard or a member of staff and they will contact the security control room for you.

Where can I eat or drink at Beechwood?
There are two cafes. Fresh Crust at the entrance to the Main Mall and Caffé La Scala on the Ground Floor in front of Debenhams entrance.
What baby changing facilities are there at Beechwood?
Our baby change room for both mums and dads can be found on Level 2, next to the Main Lifts, at the entrance to the Car Park. Alternatively there are baby changing facilities in the disabled toliet in the Ground Floor.
What creche facilities are there at Beechwood?
Currently there are no creche facilities at Beechwood.
What entertainment does Beechwood provide?

Where are the toilets?
Toilets are located at Level 1, next to the main lifts by the entrance to the Car Park.
